Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of OhMyDesk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated:
1. Who we are
OhMyDesk (“OhMyDesk”, “we”, “us”) is coworking desk booking and management software, made available at ohmydesk.app. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. The service
OhMyDesk lets coworking space operators manage desks, members, bookings, plans, meeting rooms, invoices and related operations. We provide the software; you are responsible for how you run your space and for your dealings with your own members and customers.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organization. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
4. Free trial, plans & billing
New organizations start with a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription on one of our published plans. Subscriptions renew for successive periods until cancelled. We may change plan pricing on reasonable notice; price changes do not affect the period already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Where you charge your own members and collect payments through OhMyDesk (for example via your own connected Stripe account), that relationship is between you and your members. OhMyDesk is not a party to it, does not hold those funds, and is not responsible for invoicing, taxes, or refunds you owe your members.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to store or transmit unlawful content;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the security of the service or other accounts;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows;
- resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you and your members put into OhMyDesk. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For personal data about your members, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
7. Third-party services
OhMyDesk relies on third-party providers (for hosting, email, payment processing and the like). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Payment processing, where enabled, is handled by your chosen provider; we never see or store full card details.
8. Intellectual property
The OhMyDesk software, brand, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active — and nothing more.
9. Availability & disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OhMyDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination & data export
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. Before your data is removed after closure, you may request an export of your records by contacting us.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in them removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
