01 / The space
Built for people who build.
Codeburg is a coworking space for developers and remote workers in Burgas, on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast. Think sunlit desks, external monitors, and a sofa for the pause between projects. The space has its own character. Its website carries that character online.
Run by Alex and Iryna Bodrov, Codeburg also has a direct connection to OhMyDesk: Alex builds the product as well as running the space. This is a look at how we use it on our own floor.
The idea behind the website is straightforward: let visitors find a desk and make a reservation in the same place they discover the space.
02 / The booking
From “is there room?” to “see you there.”
On codeburg.bg, visitors can check desk availability, choose a date, and make a reservation through a form designed for Codeburg. The website connects to the OhMyDesk REST API for availability and bookings.
Codeburg owns the look and the flow. OhMyDesk provides the booking backend. That gives the space a custom experience without building a separate reservation system.

03 / Behind the scenes
The booking is just the beginning.
The custom website is the front door. Behind it, OhMyDesk brings the booking calendar, member records, and billing into one workspace.
For operators who want to work from chat, the AI Autopilot can answer questions about their space and propose actions such as booking a desk or drafting an invoice. It works in Telegram and in the app. You review the proposed change and tap Confirm before it is saved.
A custom booking experience can still lead into the same day-to-day tools. You choose how people arrive; your operations have one place to continue.
