Who should switch
Operators running a simple, independent space who don't need full CRM opportunity pipelines, ledger-grade accounting with direct debit, or branded tablet apps. If you're spending 5 minutes a day on admin, Nexudus is overkill.
What OhMyDesk doesn't have (yet)
We won't pretend to match feature-for-feature. Here's where Nexudus is genuinely stronger:
- Nexudus has a built-in CRM with opportunity pipelines. OhMyDesk has a Leads pipeline (New → Contacted → Toured → Ready) and shared tasks with reminders, but no opportunity management.
- Nexudus has dedicated room-panel tablets (NexBoard), a visitor app (NexIO), and a delivery app (NexDelivery). OhMyDesk doesn't.
- Nexudus has ledger-grade accounting with ACH and direct debit. OhMyDesk records payments in its own ledger and takes card payments through Stripe, but has no ACH or direct debit.
